Overview: The AI Interview tool has been updated to provide an auto-evaluation feature, making the interview process more efficient and automated.
Updates:
1. Auto Evaluate Feature:
AI interviews can now automatically evaluate participants based on predefined criteria, reducing manual assessment efforts.
2. Evaluation Score and Commentary:
After an interview, the system generates a score and commentary, offering detailed insights into the candidate's performance.
Benefits:
Time Savings: Automatic evaluation reduces the need for manual assessments, streamlining the interview process.
Data-Driven Insights: Provides immediate feedback on interview performance with comprehensive scoring and commentary.
How it works ?
- Click on Recruitment App from HR Cloud.
- Select an AI Interview from Applications —> AI Interview Page or create new one. In this scenario we will select Elisa Backfield’s Interview and confirm it.
- Then, you can forward Join Link to applicant and start the Interview process. During the interview, the questions are voiced by the AI.
- After the interview is completed, you can see the applicant's answer on the AI Interview Page. You can also see the AI score and rating automatically calculated for the applicant's answers.
