Overview: CloudOffix introduces asynchronous communication capabilities that allow users to record and share videos, screen recordings, or both simultaneously. This feature is designed to enhance collaboration by enabling users to convey detailed information without the need for real-time meetings.
Updates:
1. Send Video:
Users can record a video and send it asynchronously to team members.
2. Send Screen Recording:
Screen recordings can be captured and shared to provide clear context or walkthroughs.
3. Record and Send Video & Screen Recording Together:
Users can now record both a video and screen at the same time for comprehensive communication.

Time Efficiency: Eliminates the need for live meetings, allowing recipients to review information at their convenience.
Comprehensive Context Sharing: Screen recording coupled with video enables users to provide visual context and personal commentary.
How it works ?
- Click on Discuss App from Social Cloud.
- Then click recording button in a Direct Message or Channel.
- On the opening pop-up, you can select different options to create a recording. With the Screen option, you can record the screen that you selected. With Camera, you can record your video and Screen + Camera option provides an opportunity to record your video and the screen you selected at the same time.
- In this example, you can select Screen+Camera option. After selecting screen the recording can be started. You can cancel the recording using the buttons on the recording screen. When you want to end the recording, you can use the end recording button. Once finished, you can preview your recording video and then send it to the recipient.
Note: Asynchronous working feature is not active in the mobile application as it will provide the best performance in browsers.
