CloudOffix Security Details

We give very high importance to your security. We do our best to make you and your data secure in CloudOffix. 

• All users connect to the system through state of the art 256 bit SSL encryption. All connections between clients browsers and servers are secure and protected.

• All CloudOffix cloud servers are running Linux Ubuntu with up to date security patches.

• Only selected CloudOffix employees reach the servers and access is only through SSH key pairs.

• Servers are hosted only in well-known trusted data centers that are certified according to the industry standards. Some of which are in Europe, and some in the US.

• Each customer data is stored in separate databases and none of the customers have access to another customer's database.

• All customer passwords are protected with PBKDF2 and SHA512 encryption.

• CloudOffix employees can not see and retrieve your passwords in any way. It is only possible to reset them.

• When needed, CloudOffix team can only login to your system with their own username and passwords to troubleshoot the problem you're facing.

• Our team gives high importance to your privacy and only access the files and settings needed for troubleshooting the problem.

• All payments are made through PCI Compliant Stripe payment gateway and we never store your payment details in our own servers.

• All information between CloudOffix and Stripe is transmitted securely.

• We keep full backups of each CloudOffix database daily for 14 days. 

• Backups are also replicated in at least 2 different continents.

• We also keep backups of CloudOffix Controller  and Clients Servers daily for 14 days.
