Overview: The activity feature now includes the ability to associate related records with activities, improving record tracking and management.
Updates:
1. Choose Related Record Field:
A new field has been added to the activity quick-create form, allowing users to associate relevant records with the activity.
Benefits:
Better Record Association: Link related records to activities, making it easier to track and manage them.
How it works ?
- Click on Quick Create icon from top-bar. Then click Activity icon.
- In the pop-up that opens, create the activity and select the record you want to link the record you want to link from the related record eld, rst the model and then the record, so that the activity you created via Quick Create will also be linked in the record you selected.
