How it works ?
- Go to Discuss app from social cloud
- Click AI Agent Message from Direct Messages.
- Now, you can talk about anything with AI. AI Agent also offers PDF support. And not just one! By uploading multiple PDFs, you can get clearer outputs. For example, you can submit the "About" sections of different technology companies to AI with PDF and write an "About" text for your own company.
• Email Assistant:
Enhances productivity with built-in AI tools such as Improve, Shorter, Professional, Spell Check, Casual, and Friendly, providing users with valuable insights and assistance.
How it works ?
- On the Cloudoffix platform, transactional email can be sent from various forms. In this scenario, let's send a demo request to the lead. So, go to CRM app from Sales Cloud.
- Click on Leads from Sales drop-down menu.
- Go to the details of any lead. Click on the Email button above Chatter. As mentioned above, you can improve the email in several different ways (longer professional etc.). In addition, you can also use custom instructions. In this example, let's improve the demo email to be sent to the lead by using custom instruction. To do this, select the email you are writing and click the AI Assist button. Then select Custom from AI Assist Tools and write your instructions.
- You can check the mail and send it to Lead.
• CV Scoring:
Simplifies the recruitment process by automatically scoring resumes based on predefined criteria, accelerating candidate evaluation and selection
How it works ?
- Go to Recruitment App from HR Cloud.
- Go to the details of a job position. You can create a new one. Recruitment process works as follows: Job Description is added to the AI Prompt defined in the system. With this prompt, the CV of the applicant is sent to AI. AI returns CV remarks and score as a result.
Warning : Job Description sent to AI is received from the system in two ways. If the Job Position is published on the website, the descriptions on the website. If not, the descriptions in the Job Description field in the Job Position form are used on the platform.
- With reference to the above note, you can evaluate the clarifications to be sent to AI according to whether or not to publish the position on the website.
- You can send applications to AI automatically or manually. To submit manually, enter the form of one of the applications received for the position. If you have attached a CV to the application, and the AI Score Status field on the application is set to Pending, you can click Calculate AI Score under the Action menu.
- AI responds to feedback about CV on the chatter. The score is written in the AI Score field on the form.
