Overview: CloudOffix’s e-learning module now provides more granular control over course visibility and enrollment policies. This update ensures better differentiation between internal employees and external partners or customers.
Updates:
1. New Visibility Options:
Public, Internal Users, External Users, All Users, and Invisible.
2. New enrollment policies:
Public Access, Join by Request, and Only by Invitation.
Internal and portal users can now be segmented, ensuring courses for employees and external users remain separate. "Only by Invitation" now strictly limits access to users explicitly invited via the invite button.
