How to Create Company Goal Definitions
Beginning with the App Drawer screen, select ‘360 Appraisal’ which is located in the HR drawer.

The goals are defined in the Goals menu.
In the ‘Goals’ menu, click ‘Company Goal Definitions’

Click the ‘New’ button, which will open a new screen to create a new company goal definition.

In the following screen, write a name for the new company goal definition. The name field is a mandatory field.

Complete the necessary fields on the screen.
Main perspective Select from the drop down list or Create and Edit.

Sub Perspective: Select the sub perspective from the drop down list or Create and Edit a new one.

Calculation Type determines the way the appraisals are calculated and scored. The Basic type simply sums all the scores and returns with an average result.

The Advanced type, which can be accessed by clicking Create and Edit, uses a python code which in turn offers a limitless calculation type.

Goal type and Company are completed for you. Owner Goal is used if the current goal definition is to be subordinate goal.
Who will Evaluate? Select from the drop down list menu.
Select the Evaluators from the drop down list menu.
Click the ‘Save’ button located on the topo left of the screen.

After saving, you can still make changes simply by clicking on the ‘Edit’ button.

You can now find you newly created Company Goal Definition in the Company Goal Definitions dashboard.

Congratulations! You have just created a Company Goal
Definition.
